“I think Pilates rocks!! I’ve had a dodgy back for years and it was not improved when I had a close encounter with the geology of a Welsh mountain in 2004! In fact the base of my spine is irreparably damaged but since doing Pilates regularly, it is not as troublesome. My core strength has improved, I have better posture and my visits to the osteopath are less frequent. “I started Pilates a short while ago knowing nothing about what to expect. With Amanda’s help I have enjoyed every session and have learnt the basics of Pilates and how to build up and apply to my personal fitness and strengths. As the class numbers are kept low Amanda is able to give personal attention throughout the session correcting your stance to enable you to get the most benefit from each exercise. The sessions have been carefully designed to our group and we follow a pace and level of ability most appropriate to us.
